A motorhome in this good of condition is indeed a rare find. Both seats in the cab have been professionally reupholstered in black leather. The couch and table cushions have also been professionally reupholstered as have the soft leather highlights just inside the main door. We have also made custom sun-block curtains that attach to the outside of the cab windows. The couch takes a couple seconds to fold into a bed and the table also converts to a bed. The bed above the cab has been redone with a memory foam mattress. We have done a lot of work around the kitchenette area as the pictures show. We have also installed a back-up camera and monitor which makes backing into parking spots a breeze! Below the back-up camera monitor is an after market CD player. Cab stereo is bluetooth compatible, has two USB charging ports as well as SD card input.
This spring our little 23 foot RV received a brand new Dometic 13,500 BTU roof air conditioner (generator not included) that keeps it icy cold when parked. We have also installed two solar panels that charge independent batteries. These batteries flow through a new inverter that powers a 32" TV/DVD combo with bluetooth capable soundbar. The solar panels also generate enough wattage to power a fan, a touch-sensor lamp, and even power the refrigerator as you're going down the road! All the water tanks and pumps are fully functional, although most trips we did not use them. Toilet and shower are fully functional. Outdoor string lighting above the door make this rig the nighttime envy in any campground.
