Description

1997 Used Tiffin Motorhomes ALLEGRO BAY Class A in Washington, WA. This is a 1997 Tiffin Allegro Bay M-37 with Super Slide.  It has a Chevy Workhorse Engine with a Banks Power System that runs quietly and provides exceptional power on the road.  Despite its size, it gets fairly good gas mileage.  It has 47,000 miles on it which is very low for the year.  We are the second owners of this RV.  The original owners had it built and added a number of extras/upgrades.  It was mostly driven from WA. to AZ. for family trips.

The interior, including carpet and tile, is in excellent condition.  All appliances, furnace, ac units, etc. work very well.  The ac was so cold in the summer that we could only run 1 of them set at a higher temperature or we would "freeze".  The front and rear furnace warms the RV up quickly and everything converts as it's supposed to when plugged in to a 30/50 at an RV Park.  The cable works great as does the TV's and DVD Players.

The bedroom has an exceptionally large closet and a queen pillow top posturepedic mattress.  The hot water heater is new and holds 10 gallons which seems to be plenty when using the tub/shower.  Once the hot water runs out, it takes very little time to heat back up. (About 10 minutes average) When you put the Super Slide out, the RV has a ton of room and accomodated 4 Adults for sleeping, etc. without feeling like you were in each others way.  The sofa is a queen sleeper and quite comfortable.  The dining table also converts to a bed and simply by adding a little foam topper to the cushions, it also was very comfortable to sleep on.

The leveling jacks work very well as does the 7000 KW Onan Generator which has a brand new starter.  We just put new tires, brakes, U-Joint, and a starter on the RV as well.  The ceiling inside shows no evidence of leaks and the roof was just cleaned and inspected.  There is a ton of additional storage in the 8 large storage compartments.

Currently the unit is stored in Orting, WA when it is not in use.  It has never been "lived" in, although it is plenty big enough for that.  Non-smoking as well.  We are pricing it on the low retail end of the NADA.
