2007 Used Keystone VR1 310BHS Travel Trailer in Virginia, VA. We have an amazing Keystone VR1 (V-nose) camper that's ready to take out and camp in. This is a Keystone VR1 Series camper. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 sets of bunkbeds in the opposite end bedroom. It has a kitchen with microwave, stove, sink, fridge. It has a 15,000 BTU central/ducted forced air with thermostat as well as 30,000-35,000 BTU furnace. Gas a 7.0 cu ft. fridge, 6 gallon got water heater with stand up shower or a bathtub for a toddler. Dry weight 7065. Also has a flat screen TV in with built in sound throughout the unit. Also has a jack outside for satellite/cable. Has a 22' awning, LPG smoke detector, outside shower, as well as a power slide out room. This camper is amazing. It's ready to go. It has had an annual roof treatment every year EXCEPT THIS YEAR. I have the stuff to do it and plan to do it within the next week or 2 unless it sells before then. If it sells before I have a chance, I will give you the stuff to treat the roof yourself. It's a very easy process. We love this camper and it's been PERFECT for our family of 4 + friends. Oh and the sofa is a pull out bed as well. You have to see this thing.
