Towing and setup is easily accomplished with independent jacks/levelers all four corners. Condition is fair. It has not been used in several years. Fading of outside color from the sun. New front jacks. Has electric/hydraulis disc brakes and includes the adaptor required by some vehicles to actuate. Adaptor is not installed. Will consider trading up or down for a Sprinter van with finished interior or full RV conversion.Â
