Only used for one season. Has been kept air conditioned, under cover on concrete pad when not being used. Has one slide out for booth style six-seat dining area with custom made table. We modified the dining area with a custom made table but can be reconverted to provide a queen size sleeping area. Living area has a convertible sofa bed, large remote controlled LED TV, super interior and exterior sound system with speakers throughout, full hookups for cable or satellite and overhead storage galore. The sofa is in front of scenic window spanning the entire back of RV. The separate master bedroom has a queen size bed with custom mattress and full under bed storage, bedside tables with drawers and two separate closet spaces. There is extensive closet space extending the full length of the hall with mirrored doors. The kitchen has a separate pantry, gas 3 burner stove and full oven and counter for food preparation and serving. There's a tub/shower combo in bathroom. Outside comes with electric retractable awning and lots of room underneath for storing grills, chairs, fishing or hunting gear, supplies, etc. With this much room it could be a permanent residence. In fact, we used it as a guest cabin for family on occasion. 
Unloaded, it weighs 6830#. It is built with quality products that are superior to most off-the-lot fifth wheels. I pulled it with a Ford F-150. We thoroughly enjoyed our traveling in the RV, but I had shoulder surgery a year ago and needed something smaller to set up. I am considering any reasonable offer in the range of our posted price.
