2016 Used Flagstaff CLASSIC SUPER LITE 8528BHWS Fifth Wheel in California, CA. This is THE perfect family trailer. We had a travel trailer previously and looked for something like this trailer for years. It is 29 feet and just under 10,000 lbs which makes it easier to maneauver and handle. Some trailers are so big and heavy that you just want to park it in one RV park and keep it there for some time vs traveling and exploring. In my opinion, that is not what a trailer is about. We have done so much research over the years and have talked to many and most everyone we have talked to who has been through multiple trailers said we have the perfect size fifth wheel.

Here are the perks (coming from a mom):
The fifth wheel high ceilings make it so much more spacious than a travel trailer.
This trailer has 1 and 1/2 bathrooms (one for parents and kids or guests etc).
The bunkhouse is it's own seperate bedroom (that can sleep 3).
The couch is brown "leather" and easy to clean if something were to spill.
The u-shape dinette is so much roomier than a regular dinette (again dark upholstery if there were an accident).
There is a ton of storage.
The kitchen counter top is beautiful and it extends for more room!
The couch pulls out to a full length double bed and the dinette transforms to beds as well.
It comes with perma plate already on it.
The awning has LED lighting as well as LED parking light.

There is so much more!

This trailer comes with a hitch and we purchased a warranty in Feb 2006 (60 month term) that can be transferred.

We are only selling it because we are self employed and our business has gotten busier and we are no longer able to take long weekend getaways so it ends up sitting most of the year.
