2016 Used Forest River ROCKWOOD MINI LITE 2504S Travel Trailer in Florida, FL. 2016 Forest River, ROCKWOOD MINI LITE, model 2504S RV. NOS, has zero miles; zero camps; only one tow from the dealer to my home. Beds never used, still in factory plastic. Black and gray tanks never used or filled! Unit had a dealer full pre-delivery inspection. With every system tested and demonstrated to me. Water tank and plumbing tested. RV includes two 30 lb. filled propane tanks and a battery. (Battery on a quality charger) Â
PLUS…I have a transferable Service Contract that covers the RV thru June 2021. Full coverage on all systems in the RV. Written by a good Florida based company. I will include this service contract with this RV sale. You can read papers before you buy the RV. You execute the transfer and pay the $40 fee. The RV has great quality and an excellent design including:
- Unit is short 25 feet long and light weight and very easy to tow. Easy to park AND saves gas money for your tow vehicle
- With dual axels make for a safer tow than tiny one axels units. Plus is very stable when parked with four wheels and four good corner jacks.
- Inside the Murphy bed / sofa combo occupy the SAME space in the RV. Makes this interior usable space just like a 30 footer queen bed master bedroom RV.
- During the Day, you have a big, seat 4-6 people, horseshoe dining AND a real home like sofa. Loads of walk around inside, no climb over each other space; because of the BIG SLIDE OUT.
- At night, queen Murphy fold down bed, AND two adult size bunk beds plus use the dinning to sleep 6. Sleeps more with kids. Anyone can get up during the night, for a bathroom visit and not walk over any other sleeping person.
- Storage and clothes hanging space everywhere. Three full height cabinets in bathroom, kitchen and seating area.
- Great kitchen with generous counter space and cabinets. Full size refrigerator with panels.
- I had the dealer installed a real, like your house, china high/comfort height toilet.
- Great open from the bottom crank out windows – keep windows open in heavy rain. Plus open windows are safe while you sleep and during the day while you are away. Great ventilation
- Has big 43 gallon water and 30 gallon gray and black.
