used one weekend. everything works and I will have it set up (at my house) and demonstrate.  power tongue lift.  Reece weight distribution and antisway. Â
we are experieced RV owners but need to down size to a van. my 1500 towed it easily on the HWY with power to spare. setting the weight distribution is essential for safety and smooth ride.   no slide out,,,they tend to leak any way. power awning feature is nice. our last trailer was a 2007 and never a major problem on the appliances or plumbing except a leaking slide out.
 so even without a tranferrable warranty, I feel it is priced to sell. let me know if you can find a better deal than this.  cash talks. or cashier check.  THANK YOU
