Description

1995 Used Holiday Rambler Navigator 38WD Class A in Ohio, OH. 1995 Holiday Rambler Navigator 38WD, The RV can be inspected at The RV Clinic in Franklin, OH, 420 Conover Drive. Ask for Josh. If you're looking for a solid, classic motorhome, this Navigator is worth consideration. This is a LOT of motorhome for the money. We purchased this coach in January to tow our pro drag racing trailer. It needed TLC when we acquired it, and since reliability was an absolute must, we went through it front-to-rear. It has been a very dependable coach with one exception - more about that later. This RV was top of the line, selling for over $250K new. The quality is extraordinary. This RV has been professionally maintained and upgraded during our ownership, and the RV Clinic can answer any questions about its history or condition. Josh tells me this coach rides better than most new RV's. We upgraded many items, and I'm certain I'll miss several. Here's a list of features and upgraded items - Reliable Cummins power! 300 HP 8.3 Allison 6 speed automatic transmission - MD3060 New rear tires Crossfire Dual tire pressure balancing system Tire Pressure monitoring system (monitors trailer tires too) Air ride suspension 2 New Windshields Central Vacuum Washer/Drier Keyless Entry Doorbell Exterior refrigerator/freezer Exterior AM/FM Radio Garmin RV GPS and wireless color backup camera (existing b&w camera still functional) Satellite radio (Sirius) Tailgater Satellite TV 10 KW Onan Diesel Generator (over $4k of work done by Cummins - new voltage regulator, control board and shut down solenoid) Residential refrigerator with ice-maker New carpeting LED lighting throughout, replaced power-hungry fluorescent lighting - over $1000 invested. New flat screen TV's DVD Player New batteries 16,000 lb hitch coach has 42,000 GCWR plenty of towing capacity New docking lights Cruise control HWH Leveling system 150 gallon fuel tank, fill from either side Service bay rebuilt Two new windows Some windows are fogged - typical for RV's The roof was neglected prior to my purchase. There has been interior water damage. My RV service center has repaired any problem damage and has sealed the roof. While it's a solid coach, it is NOT like new - it's been updated, serviced and is lacking nothing mechanically. Some more cosmetic work and this will be a beautiful coach. The single mechanical issue we experienced was a motor failure due to incorrect turbo replacement while in Wyoming. The mechanic failed to clear the charge air cooler of oil and when the motor was fired up the remaining oil caused the motor to "run away" and failed. We towed it to Rocky Mountain Cummins in Gillette, WY, purchased an excellent replacement motor from Visone RV Parts and had Cummins install it. The replacement motor runs great and only had 35,000 miles. $24,900.00 9374743828
