Description

1996 Used Gulf Stream Conquest 102 Class C in Ohio, OH. Runs and drives great! No "check engine" light nor codes. Excellent motorhome for full-timing or boondocking. Has the following amenities and options: -7,000 watt diesel generator with Kubota engine -Fully ducted A/C and propane furnace -110V / propane refrigerator -Leveling jacks -TV -Propane stove / oven -Large bathtub -Double-sized bed (they call it a "queen"; I'm not so sure) -Apartment-sized stackable washer / dryer -JVC in-dash stereo system Has the following new, or newer, parts: -Tires (5 new in 2013, around 10,000 miles on them. The other tire was new in 2009 and has about 14,000 miles on it.) -Refrigerator solenoid -Kitchen faucet -Engine batteries -Engine alternator -Camshaft position sensor -JVC in-dash stereo system (new in 2013) -30A to 15A adaptor -Grey and black valve drain hose -Roof coating Everything works except for the following: -Cab overhead light -Storage compartment lights -House battery (probably needs to be replaced) -Leveling jacks (one is stuck, but otherwise the system works) -Black tank valve (needs to be replaced) -Aftermarket surround-sound stereo system (never could figure out how to make it work) -Circuit breaker box door latch (it broke) -Electric side door step (it slides manually with ease, but the electric motor doesn't work) -Passenger side seat belt (retractor appears to be stuck) One picture shows some delamination of the siding - it does not cause leakage into the interior. There is also a soft spot in the bedroom floor from an old leak which was fixed (it still supported ~400 pounds when we used the RV). It could use a new windshield and a good cleaning. That's why I set the price much lower than NADA book value for a gasoline model. If it doesn't sell quickly, I will start working on it and the price will increase commensurately up to the $14,000 I have into it. This RV served us well, but we're selling it because we haven't used it in two years. We've been starting it up and moving it around periodically to keep it working. The video shows the engine starting. I'm willing to do a partial trade for any of the following vehicles and a minimum of $3,000 to cover the balance of the loan: -1972 Cadillac Sedan DeVille -Full-size station wagon (1990 or older) -Mid-size station wagon (1972 or older) -Full-size cargo van (must be able to tow at least 5,000 pounds) -Suburban (1991 or older) Any vehicle I'd take on trade must be in good mechanical and cosmetic condition, not smell like smoke or animals, and have under 120,000 miles. You must have clear title in your name. I prefer an e-mail contact. *****NOTE: If you contact me through this site, edit the message you send so that it includes your questions or what information you'd like to have on the RV. To answer a common question - what's the least I'll take for it - the answer is $8,990.*****
