This provides additional living space. Updated facet in sink, large utility shelf for toiletries, additional lights for bed areas, two lights and two with light and fan combos. Additional reflective sun covers for bunks, and older covers under beds to keep heat inside during the winters. Roof was replaced and updated (5 yrs ago), no more ABS roof, axel was replaced 4 yrs ago, (tire hub snapped), newer tires. Garage kept until 5 yrs ago, maintained and cleaned after all uses, pride of ownership! We have owned this camper for 13 years and time for another family to enjoy it more, many fond memories. You won't find another pop up with all the extras, even the hitch and sway bar! $4,250.00 To many extras to cover, look at all the comparable pop ups and you won't find all the extras and from the second owner. We love our pop up, but it is time to downsize as our children are now adults.
