All appliances in working order. 13,500 BTU ducted roof AC. 30,000 BTU low profile furnace. Fridge, water heater, 4 KW Onan on-board generator, electric side step, 82,000 miles. Major service (trans/axels/radiator/) at 74,000 miles. New tires. New rear rotors, calipers and pads. Minor body damage at the right rear basement from step driveway entry. Driver side lower cab over is starting to pull away from the metal stripping (no more leak, but may consider replacing wood on the left side). Roof recently sealed with Eternabond tape.
