2003 Used Layton SCOUT 310 Travel Trailer in Illinois, IL. 2003 LAYTON SCOUT 310, This bunkhouse is pretty big for a nonslide type model!! The steps are somewhat broken and it is pretty unkempt at this moment!! I believe if someone were willing to put a little elbow grease into it then it would be okay!! It does appear to stay dry inside & there are no soft spots anywhere!! If someone wanted to take it as is would probably be pretty nice on the price!!!!
