2004 Used Roadtrek 170 Popular Class B in Michigan, MI. SALE PENDING 2004 Roadtrek 170 Popular with less than 40k mi! Details: 6.0L V8, 300hp/360ft/lbs - Plenty of power and averages 14.5-15.5mpg. Armoire instead of 3rd seat which makes for better storage. Have a 3rd seat and base. Brand new Onan 2800 generator installed Sept 2014 ($4500). We bought van without a generator. Newer tires at 17k miles. Kept clean, washed, waxed, and stored inside when not in use. Not used in the winter. Interior is very clean. Beige leather seats. New TV/DVD combo last fall. Continental tire carrier. Regular oil changes/service from Chevrolet dealer. Potential leak points have been resealed/caulked, new batteries. Have manuals, original brochure, maintenance receipts, etc. Third owner since Aug 2013 with 16k miles. First owner (9yrs, 4k mi), second owner (1.5yrs, 12k mi). We have thoroughly enjoyed this Roadtrek and have circled the country visiting many of our national parks.
