2005 Used Forest River Grand Surveyor 260 Travel Trailer in California, CA. This is a 2005 Forest River Grand Surveyor GS-260T. It is the top of the line travel trailer offered for the Surveyor line that year. It is in excellent condition, I rate the interior an 8 or 9 out of 10, and the exterior has the usual sun fade of living in CA. The length is 26ft. but is 28.8ft overall. Fresh water tank is 30 gallons, grey water tank is 30 gallons, and black water tank is 30 gallons. As the pictures show, the stove and microwave are stainless steel. Everything in this unit works. There are no issues or problems that need repair. Buy it, hook it up, and go camping. One of my favorite features about this unit is the slide. With the slide in, you have full access to the entire trailer, and can camp comfortably with the slide closed. Opening the slide gives you more floor space. Another great feature is the double doors. With both doors open, you get a breeze that cools the unit very quickly. Add to that the awning which spans virtually the entire length of the trailer and covers both doors, and the shade makes for even better cooling. I can't say enough good things about this trailer. I will miss it when it is gone. I am only selling it because I purchased a larger 5th wheel that better fits my needs now. I have made one custom change, and that was to have a large battery tray that holds up to 4 batteries welded in place. The awning is 2 years old, and the 2 air vents are 2 months old.
