2005 Used Lance 820 Truck Camper in North Carolina, NC. I bought this camper 2 yrs ago with a pre existing problem I was not aware of. I paid $13,000. I used that summer and loved it. In the spring of the next year I noticed the filon separating on the overhead. It turned out there was a small leak on the roof where caulking was missing. The place I bought it from would not help me and said it would be $3000 to fix. The water never got inside and it has been inside ever since I discovered the problem. This camper is so cool with the big bed and it being completely self contained. I just don't have the time and money to fix and would be really great for a do it yourself-er . Everything works perfect in the camper. With the remote electric jacks I can have the camper loaded in 10 to 20 min by my self and quicker with a spotter. Just listing so I will ad pics later or just look online for 2005 Lance 820 and you will see what it looks like Steve $9,000.00 .
