2005 Used Monaco SIGNATURE 44 CONQUEST III Class A in Texas, TX. 2005 Monaco Signature 44 Conquest III triple slide motorhome. For those of you not to familiar with coaches the Signature is Monaco's top of the line model. This coach is powered by a Detroit Series 60 505 Hp engine which is paired with a Allison six speed World transmission. All this power sits on a Road master 10 air bag chassis for a flawless driving experience. The series 60 engine is the same motor that the majority of the 18 wheelers on the road use. It is rated for a million miles and is the longest lasting and most durable engine you can put in a coach. All Prevost buses use the same engine for that reason, it last forever with the correct maintenance . The Series 60 was also a 17k upgrade from the Cummins engine. The exterior of the coach is in excellent condition and has no blemishes, fading or checking of any kind. The paint looks like the coach has never seen the sun. Coach was kept in a temperature controlled storage facility when not in use though out its entire life. The cargo bays have side open doors and full pass thru storage with electric slide trays for easy access to all your cargo. There is also a remote controlled slide out entertainment center with Tv, radio and full sound system. Coach came equipped with a full Girard awning package with electric main, door and window awnings that are all controlled by remote. The interior screams luxury from the moment you walk in. It has all the high end features you would find in a custom home from the real cherry Hardwood cabinetry to ceramic tile everything is top of the line. This coach has way to many options to list here but I do have the original build sheet with all options that I would be happy to email right to you. Coach shows no wear and all wood, cabinetry and countertops are in perfect shape. The flooring, furniture and seats show no wear at all. This truly is an incredible meticulously maintained motorhome that is a 100% ready to hit the road. Coach has been with the original owner since ordered new and he invested a lot of time and money to keep coach standing tall. Coach was serviced on schedule though out its life. He had 2 new roof airs installed in 2013, new refrigerator installed in 2014, new windshield and all new awning fabric all the way around in 2014. The owner also added six additional house batteries to the coach on top of the other 4 which provides enough power to run almost everything except airs when not running generator. Coach has a Onan 12.5Kw quite diesel generator which runs and starts like new. The coach had a full chassis inspection and service with new shocks installed last year as well. The front tires are Michelin 295/80/22.5 and were installed 6 months ago the rears are 08 Michelin's and have around 90% tread and no cracking or dry rot.. Coach has all books, remotes, keys
