Description

2006 Used Itasca Sunova 33T Class A in Michigan, MI. 2006 Itasca Sunova 33T, 2006 Itasca Sunova 34' Class A, RV, Motor Home. Only 22,000 miles. EXCELLENT condition. Stored winters, serviced regularly, washed and waxed after every trip (yes I'm a little OCD), ancillary power by Onan Marquis Gold 5.5 Generator also in excellent condition (was just serviced with new air filters, oil filter, fuel filter, plugs - purrs like a kitten). Used the bathroom ONLY when RV Park bath house/restrooms were not available (another quirk of mine). Two TV's, nice size refrigerator, self-leveling jacks system, rear camera, entertainment surround system, 18' patio awning, lots and lots of storage. The RV mfg claims it sleeps 7 but 6 is more realistic. Took two big trips with it, and the rest have been infrequent small local jaunts. Sits in storage most of the time. This rig is clean, clean, clean. Gently used. Nothing is broken. very minor wear. The roof is spotless (which is a sign of a well cared for Motorhome IMHO) and waxed. NADA suggested list price is $99,000. That's outrageous. More realistically, the "LOW" value for a basic stripped out unit without any options/upgrades, in this condition and mileage, is $49,000. The "LOW" value with options/upgrades that this unit has is $54,000. The average is in the low 60's. (see NADA pic). It's also about what the market will bear; similar units for sale online through Craigslist or RV Trader that have an additional slide out are $9,000 to $10,000 more. Nice units like this, in this price range, are extremely hard to find. We're pricing it to sell at $49,900. Selling it because I'd now rather have a small cottage on a lake instead of big RV sitting in storage. Would love to sell to a young family wanting to experience awesome vacations together, where journeying there is part of the experience.
