When we first purchased, it had a leak in the roof. We opted for a full roofing resealing all of the roof seams and penetration seals and added sealed edging along the roof line (~$2k). This has resulted in no more leaks. 2. When we got the RV, the microwave did not work. Can be replaced for $150/$200. 3. Slight scratches along the back due to bike rack. 4. Cable TV/Antenna connection to the TV needs to be reconnected. 5. Automatic step was removed since we did not like it.
