This is a 2010 Fleetwood Icon 24S with the Mercedes Benz Diesel 3.0L engine-It has been owned by the 2nd owner since it had 15,000 miles on it-It now has 99,800 miles on it-He is in his mid 60's, former mechanic and military and it was serviced RELIGIOUSLY. In July, it got NEW Micheline Tires, New brakes, New rotors and New batteries. There is a 3yr warranty currently on the transmission, because he had a New one put in as someone who serviced it, made a mistake servicing it and it had to be replaced to the tune of $6000+dollars. There are a LOT OF EXTRAS on this coach. It boasts the following:Electric mirrors, Electric door locks, electric windows, aux start, COLOR backup camera, ONAN LP generator with 320 hours, Sirius capable Radio, Magellan Navigation, has the overhead bunk so it can sleep 4 comfortably, 2 chairs, large slideout, cherry wood, convection microwave, range top and sink are flush mounted to the solid surfae counter, stainless steel refrigerator, Stereo system with DVD player, flatscreen tv, large shower with tub, porcelain toilet with sprayer and lots of storage. Awning fabric is excellent and has electric step. This coach has a couple of interesting ADD ONS. The original owner had someone PROFESSIONALLY MAKE the SOFA BE ABLE TO TURN INTO A FULL SIZE BED...there is not another one out there like it. It is really neat how they did it. This coach also has a MASSIVE solar setup on it. There is also ELECTRIC STABILIZERS ON THE BACK THAT ARE NOT STANDARD AND WERE ADDED. It appears it also have an upgraded Davis Tru trac stabilizer bar on the front and he added a front receiver so that he could put his bike on it. This coach is really nice and well optioned out. This coach just had a full chassis inspection by Vonic of Anaheim, it was just SERVICED by Sullys Automotive in Huntington Beach, and has had a full rv tech inspection. A 4yr/48,000 mile AFFORDABLE warranty is available on this coach if you are interested. This coach was a trade in to me as the gentleman bought a much larger diesel.
