By spring of 2006, Heartland had moved into the Top Ten 5th wheel manufacturers, and by the end of 2006, we were solidly in the #8 spot with eyes toward #5. With newly expanded production facilities, Heartland was once again poised for growth and launched the BIG COUNTRY 5th wheel and RAZOR toy hauler, hitting price points new to our product. Throughout 2006, Statistical Surveys showed that Heartland's growth was unprecedented as we continued to grow at a rate of over 225%, while the rest of the market stagnated. Spring 2007, Heartland introduced the North trail line of laminated construction light weight travel trailers and 5th wheels. Unique to the industry North Trail incorporated many of the same features of the flagships Landmark and Bighorn such as the Universal Docking Center, enormous pass-through storage compartments and luxurious interior design. Again in 2008 Heartland expanded into a new 80,000 square foot facility to produce North Country wood constructed aluminum sided travel trailers. North Country builds on the Heartland tradition of doing it better and doing things right. In just four years Heartland is now #3 in 5th wheels and closing in fast on being among the top 5 towable manufacturers of 5th wheels and travel trailers combined.
