It has an awning, exterior shower, outside kitchen (you'll love the outside kitchen), rear ladder, spare tire, rear entry door, diamond shield, goose neck adapter, flat screen tvs, cd player w/ sound system, fridge, freezer, duel a/c units, heater, stove, microwave, clean title and bunk beds! The back room is really neat for guests or kids. They have their own door in the back with their own a/c, heater, tv, couch and beds!
