Beautifully Restored 1967 Airstream Safari 22'

Meticulously restored back to original like new condition. Rebuilding most of its original systems and updating as needed. 
Features unique to the Airstream Safari years 1966 to 1968 are the curved corning frameless windows. With an overall length of just 22ft and a dry weight of just over 3,000lbs it is very easy to tow. 

The Safari features a large open lounge type floor plan that is great for entertaining or hanging out. It is very roomy for its size. It comfortably sleeps 4. The gaucho sofa converts into a bed for 2 adults and the front dinette area converts into two large single beds. 
All new upholstered cushions and double sided pinch pleated curtains. The interior built in cabinets and wood walls were completely refinished using custom mixed wood stain to match its original color and sealed with 4 coats of eco-friendly semi-gloss polyurethane to create a very durable gloss finish. All cabinet latches and hinges were reconditioned and polished to original shine. 
New battery, Updated 12v and 120v electrical systems with 45 amp. power converter, usb ports, accessory ports, 12 volt battery meter along with new trailer 7 pin connecter, and wiring. All new running lights. 

The propane system has been completely serviced from bow to stern and two new 30lbs propane tanks installed. All plumbing completely redone in PEX plumbing. Faucets, valve stems, and drains have been rebuilt, and are all original! The main holding tank has been serviced and a new 3" valve added. New Dometic toilet installed. Six gallon propane water heater. Large fresh water holding tank along with a sure flow on demand water pump. New Olympian wave-6 high efficiency catalytic heater.

All original 2way electric and propane refrigerator/freezer with updated electronic ignition just rebuilt. LG 8,000 BTU portable A/C unit included. All interior light fixtures are original and have been restored, rebuilt, and polished. Main Cabin lights are LED. 
The original Magic Chef stove/oven was also just restored, and chrome parts re-chromed. (It looks amazing!) 
All window and door weather seals were replaced along with new window screens. New corning tempered ultra-clear glass. Mechanical window hardware was rebuilt, replaced and polished. (They are very smooth!) 
New white wall tires including the spare, coated rims, new hubcaps, beauty rings, bearing and electric brake service. 
There are many upgrades not mentioned! The Safari was professionally polished.
These trailers are increasingly being bought and shipped overseas making it evermore hard to find them in this condition. This is a true American Icon and will appreciate as time passes. Cross posted.
