Description

1982 Used Blue Bird FC35 Class A in Colorado, CO. Selling my 1982 FC35' Wanderlodge. Moved down to Colorado last February from Washington state, where the bus was purchased, and had planned on actually living in it more permanently (did for about 8 months), but kind of underestimated Durango winters. Want to sell to put money toward a couple acres and cabin.
Will consider partial trade on a good quality 4wheeler ATV, not really interested in racing quads, more hunting type.
Will take the 8-9k loss as rent/learning curve.
It was purchased for 19k. Just over 109,000 original miles on the factory CAT 3208 200hp.
--Have spent in excess of 14k on it making sure that the guts were all mechanically sound and running. Have receipts for all work, all professionally done within the last few months or year (except for the cork flooring which I have almost finished myself)
--professionally installed solar GO POWER solar system (9k including installation). 2ea 180w panels on roof, 2 thousand watt inverter, new batteries all around, 4house batteries and 1 each for the starter and generator. Also equipped with a high end 25amp battery charger for shore plug in.
--two new TOYO tires on the front with under 1,500k miles on them. 2 Michelin and 2 others on the back, no rot, still plenty of tread
-- engine serviced twice this past year, all fluids, new power steering line, couple new belts (has some extras as well), oil and filters just done again a few months ago
-- cork floor is 90% done, have lots of extra
--new curtains for almost the whole bus, and couch upholstery good original condition
-paint is in overall good condition, couple minor scratches, couple small rust spots mostly on the roof rail (easy touch up)
-air horns could use a cleaning, both could use a check
-- previous owner bumped a curb and dented the corner of the metal panel that covers the slide out 12.5 KW generator, still slides in/out just fine, though that could use a little reinforcement to get it back to original. Generator had the fuel filter and oil/filter changed, have to add 1qt of oil to top it off which I have. In good working order, though its battery needs to be charged back up as it is separate from the others, which I currently have on a trickle charge under covered storage.
-- my cat did a little damage to the dining area bench vinyl, will happily shave off a couple hundred to help get that fixed.
-- hydraulic levelers don't work, the prev owner said the motor was toast, I didn't bother with it.
-- has a slight lean to one side when fully aired, airbags are in good shape, it's a valve,The valves are under $100
--most buttons/gauges work, all driving things work
--swapped out a bunch of bulbs for LED, but haven't swapped out the fluorescents yet, could use some new bulbs
-- water pump was giving me some issues the last time I tried it, though I admit I was "roughing it" on a friends property and didn't even have the water hooked up to .
