1985 Used Foretravel GRAND VILLA Class A in Texas, TX. This beautiful, classic 1985 Foretravel Grand Villa has had three owners. It's 36 feet long, has less than 68,000 miles (1750 hours) on a CAT 3208 Turbo diesel engine, and Allison transmission. The OshKosh frame is sturdy; tires new in 2012, with less than 10K miles, show no wear or chaffing; they do not leak; we used tire covers at all times. New radiator and airbags (suspension), water pump and belts in May, 2016; new alternator, battery and solenoid in 2015; all analog. Two heaters and roof AC units; 70 gallon propane tank; large grey and black water tanks; hoses; electric lines included; plenty of storage.The interior is beautiful, matching solid mahogany. The coach was remodeled at the Foretravel factory in 2008, including a stunning custom exterior paint job; granite counter tops and tile backsplash; propane oven, cook top, and electric convection microwave; chairs, driver and passenger seats were reupholstered with leather, sofa with new fabric; new blinds and awnings, still in excellent condition; carpet in kitchen, hallway and dining area were removed, a new subfloor and beautiful heavy duty vinyl tiles installed; other carpet in good shape, with little wear.Propane water heater works great; separate, built in ice maker keeps drinks cool; refrigerator and freezer run on AC, DC or gas; we never used gas. Excellent CD stereo system. Wired for cable; exterior antenna; extra roof storage unit.The engine starts immediately; batteries are new or nearly new; tracks great on the road; solid; Onan generator runs on propane; we got 8-9 mpg towing a 2004 Tahoe. Unit runs great.
