1985 Used Franklin ROYAL EXECUTIVE Park Model in Indiana, IN. Very clean Franklin Coach Royal Executive Park Model with recently updated decor. Â Sold with all furniture, TV, decor and appliances (refrigerator and gas stove) you see in the pictures. Â There are also speakers throughout the unit to listen to music from the receiver in the living room. Â
This unit sleeps 6 with a queen bed in master, 2 hall bunks with privacy curtains and a sleep sofa in the living room. Â The additional leather couch is extremely comfortable and can sleep one more if needed.Â
There is an AC ceiling unit that keeps the entire park model cool as well as a window unit in the bedroom for those who like to sleep in a cold room buried in blankets.
This park model is located in Brookville, Indiana in the Brookville Lake Resort. Â Please call for more information or an appointment to view in person. This must be moved off our resort lot in May.
