THE BAD

• 132,000 miles on the coach, so the outside shows its age.
• The water tank meter does not work, it may need simple wiring not sure.
• AC in cab needs a part but easy fix.
• Has two of 3 water tanks, so is missing one tank. ( missing fresh water tank)
• one of the 3 ceiling vents handle is broken so this needs replaced. I have it taped down on the outside so the lid will stay closed. So this needs to either be replaced or taped over and painted over.

I am not an expert on RVs but can tell you this is a great little camper truck, runs great, and comfortable place to live. It is not perfect, but I love this thing. ( I realy do not want to let it go, but must sell ) This Toyota RV is a collector's item, and We hope to sell it to someone who will take care of it and continue the restoration.
We have driven across the state of Florida a few times in this and ran great with good mileage. 
We have never used the stove or anything to do with the propane. We were told it works.

Two water tanks, gray and black are working but is missing one water tank. We always just keep bottled drinking water. The plumbing works water comes out of the faucet and goes down the drain in both kitchen and bathroom sinks. Toilet works. There is a shower connection in the tiny bathroom does have a floor shower drain if you want to use it. 

Lots of storage space you will be surprised. This is a unique Rv, A few custom designs have been added to this Coach, the bench like a couch, the tiny door that has a window to separate the truck cab from the coach and keeps it more private. Another addition is the folding section under the bed that can allow you to look up to the ceiling vent from the driver's seat. This is great for driving gives the feeling of a sunroof. 

There is a tow hitch on the back and this is already wired Tow 2" diameter hitch ball'.
