Florida and Texas owned so no rust. This Motorhome is ready for travel. I bought it in Florida in mid 2014.I have used it on many trips including a 6 week trip between Florida and Texas. This rv was the leader in new technology and comfort in its time. It retailed for $50,000 new, bluebook is now $11,000. Need the money so looking for a quick sell. This has an all aluminum frame vs wood that many other motorhomes use. Has much better insulation. I have put $5,000 in repairs and upgrades since mid 2014 that you wont have to do now. 

There are many suprise expenses that most sellers dont tell you about when your buying a used MH. One of the  expensive suprise cost, is that even if the tread is good on tires, if they are over 5 years old they usually need to be replaced for safety reasons because of dry rot and uv damage.I found out the hard way and had a blowout at 65 mph.
