Purchased from original owner (who had kept bus garaged) in May 2016. Modified to allow full-time living which lasted for over one year. Self-contained so have the ability to boondock if so desire. Great deer lease home!
Wired for 30amp but upgraded gas generator will allow you to run both a.c. units when operating as well as just about everything else you can think of. Bus has approximately 120k miles BUT engine was replaced with crate 454, which has less than 15k on it. Both air conditioners, the refrigerator (Norcold), generator (Onan) and engine were replaced in the last 6-8 years.
Off-white oil paint has been used on walls for neutral color scheme. Taupe and white curtains on all windows. Carpet was removed and vinyl wood planking placed down throughout the bus except in driver area which was covered in indoor/outdoor carpet. Some furniture and storage changes have been made. There is also a completely separate cat litterbox area.
The furnace and water pump were not used (because not needed) so can't say work but everything else has so would think that would probably. The tires are in good shape too. Good tread and no dry rot - 6 michelin and 2 bridgestone. Monthly maintenance was performed which was to run engine for while and run generator at full load for couple of hours. Has been recently taken out and driven on the highway and currently has 3/4 full tank of super unleaded gas.
