Description

1989 Used Silver Streak STERLING Travel Trailer in California, CA. I/m selling my 1989 Silver Streak. It's been stored at the Colorado River in Earp, Ca. I started renovating it, but I only get to it one or two weeks a year, so progress is very slow. I stay in it when I am there. It is liveable.

Title is clear.

This is a 35' trailer. Tires have less than 500 miles on them. But it has been in the AZ heat, so they may need replacing. Clear coat has worn off. Body is in VERY good shape in terms of dings & dents. etc. Door closes with no issues, but has issues locking. Black strip around the trailer shines up nice with Armor-all.

There are five awnings.  Main awning over the door measures 20'. Small awning behind that measures 4 1/2'. Two on the opposite side are 10'  & 15' and one in back is about 5'. All five awnings roll up into aluminum protectors. Awnings have not been exposed in about six years. I have no idea of their conditions. I took a pic of the small one.   A bit discolored, but no tathers/tears.

This has an electronic lift in the front to raise the trailer onto the tow vehicle. There are also stabilizers for towing. I think it weighs about 8,000 pounds.

As you can see from the pics, I started renovating. Refrigerator works and is a 3-way. Long door to the left of the refrigerator is a pull out pantry. I have not used the stove or oven in years. I use all electric appliances for cooking.

I replaced water heater before moving it to Earp. I use electric hot water heating, but if I remember correctly, it will heat with propane as well. I have not used anything propane in years. As far as I know, everything works.

There is a roof A/C towards the front of the trailer. It works fine.

The cabinetry I believe is all oak. Whenever I do get to the river, I oil the wood with an orange oil. For the most part, cabinetry is in really good condition. Drawer facings on small drawers next to the oven have wear.

Counter tops are dated, but it good condition.

I removed the sofa. Most of the flooring has been pulled up as well.

There is a large closet in the hallway with mirrored doors. Across is the bathroom. Everything works in the bathroom, BUT...everything in the bathroom needs replacing. There was at one time some mold. I believe it has all died off being in the desert heat, but damage was done.

Bedroom's in back and holds a queen bed.

All the windows are tented and offer great views all the way around.

I am available most days to drive to the river. It is a four hour drive, so it would need to be planned in advance.

One thing about aluminum trailers (Silver Streak/Air Stream) is they last for YEARS.
I am asking 9,000 OBO. I really don't know the value. Bluebook puts it between $2,000 to $40,000.

If you feel my asking price is not fair, feel free to email me a reasonable offer, and I will consider it.
