Turn Key Coach. Ready to use. Comes with bedding, throw rugs, shower curtain, towels, cleaning supplies, camp site mat, folding chairs, spare oil, spare filters etc. Even comes with silverware and a junk drawer. Lots of storage bins. Third owner. This unit is in great shape. Everything works well. Interior wood and fabric near new condition. Exterior shows a little wear but has had polishing every 6 months in last 2 years. No cracked glass. Flooring good. Curtains good. Ford chassis w 460 fuel injected gas engine. Banks power and brake unit installed. Plenty of pwer and braking for towing. Serviced every 5,000 mi. Trans and rearend serviced in last year. No issues with either. I estimate I have driven this coach about 5,000 miles since purchasing Sept 2014. Odometer inoperative. Previous owner estimated total mileage on unit at 60,000 mi. 4 disk brakes at 50% wear. Front radial tires new Jan 2015. Rear radial tires 80% tread remaining. Two roof mount AC units work great. Drivers AC serviced summer May 2016. Main awning fabric in good condition. Mounting bracket shows signs of repair by previous onwers but is functional. Propane furnance works great. Fridge works on gas or elec. 1200 hours on generator, serviced Jan 2016. Storage space available if you plan on keeping near Central Coast Recreation Area. No rust. The unit came from the dry eastern Oregon climate in Sept 2016 to Arroyo Grande CA. . I would consider a Harley or some Classic vehicle in trade.
