We have never deferred maintenance and ensure it is in the best possible mechanical condition. I regularly ask my mechanic to find anything wrong so we can make sure it is in top working order. I have done some major improvements to include installing a high capacity vent van in the bathroom, new bedspread, new curtains, all new rather expensive blinds, new rubber roof, replaced nearly all exterior lights with new LED lights, replaced half of the interior lights with LED (Great for dry camping) and installed 12 volt fans for the driver and front passenger.

I used to store outdoors using a cloth cover to protect it. However, I got tired of the cover so in 2012 I began storing inside a warehouse.

Since we are not buying another motor home we are including all peripheral items including outdoor carpet, leveling blocks, jacks and stands, tire chalks, extra parts and lights, pots and pans etc.
