I have a perfectly running 1992 Tiffin (Ford F53 Engine) Allegro Bay RV 34ft. I recently had it checked out by mechanic to make sure everything works and all preventative maintenance is done. Everything that could fail is replaced to make sure it survives 1000+ miles trip. It is a little older but mechanically 100% ready. Every RV you buy you need to do maintenance and it's expensive on these big rigs. I was going to take it to burning man and got it ready for the extreme but cannot attend anymore so my loss is your gain. Why pay $5k to rent when for %50 more you can own one?
I spent almost $4000 on service alone, you don't want to break in the dessert!
