1993 Used Pace-Arrow 38' Class A in Michigan, MI

1993 Used Pace-Arrow 38' Class A in Michigan, MI. Kept indoors, must sell as we are losing our storage at the end of the month.  Class A, 1993, 38 foot Pace-Arrow, 63,000 miles.  This motor home sleeps 6, has full size toilet and separate shower, outdoor sink and shower, microwave, stove, new coffee maker, new Dometic 3-way refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, queen size bed, couch converts to full size bed, banquette converts to sleep two.  Plenty of storage both inside and below.  Chevrolet chassis, runs great, serviced regularly, just returned from 300 mile trip.  New gray water and black water tank valves installed.  Dash air works, newer radio with XM radio.  Front and rear roof air conditioners, hydraulic levelers, back-up camera. Forced air furnace, hot water heater, 3 batteries to ensure water pump, lights etc. work even when no electricity or generator is available and when driving down the road (hot shower, toilet and sink all work while driving) This motor home had a base price of $84,000 new before options added. The generator is NOT working and likely needs to be replaced or rebuilt.  The awning is original to the vehicle and has a rip in it.  The windshield had a crack when we bought it and we have never replaced it. A few exterior cosmetic issues (gas station poles, driving too close to a tree...) that are funny memories for us but are definitely visible. We traveled with our two teenagers and a friend for each, but now they are in their 20's and it's time to move on and let another family enjoy it!  We are looking to sell quickly before we lose our storage, so best reasonable offer by October 1 will be accepted.
