1994 Used Fleetwood BOUNDER 30 Class A in California, CA

1994 Used Fleetwood BOUNDER 30 Class A in California, CA. For sale is our beloved 1994 Chevrolet Fleetwood Bounder P30. We put a lot of love, money and work into it. We did a few weekend trips with it. The only reason we're selling it, is that we're no longer a couple :-/

Full list of stuff that works, got fixed, upgraded, etc:
- Engine is running super strong. No trouble going up the hill etc.
We had a car mechanic check it out before we left and he didn't find anything either. Odometer is low, too.
- It got new front tires a few months ago.
- It got a new battery a few months ago. There's a minor leakage current somewhere, so after a few days without use, you'll have to jump start it with the jump starting kit, that I'm throwing into the package (see photo).
- It got a new starter a few months ago.
- It got a new alternator a few months ago.
- I changed the oil filter and the oil.
- I replaced the containers for cooling fluid and windshield wiper fluid.
- We ripped out the old stinking carpet and put in new carpet (before BM 2016) so it's a bit dusty now.
- Comes with a new mattress - total time it's been used is maybe 2 weeks ;-)
- I installed a new radio, instead of the broken TV (see photo)
- The shower works. I installed a new shower-head in the shower (water pump works, water heater does not - you won't need hot water in the desert)
- The toilet works.
- It's missing the generator, so you don't have 115V AC. I never installed one, so I don't know if the microwave and the electronic AC work. I ended up building a swamp cooler and powering it with 12V from an external solar panel, which cooled the bedroom down to hotel temperatures - see photo :-)
- The gas stove works.
- You've got a working fridge that's powered by the propane gas tank! Nothing better than grabbing a cool beer in the desert or having fresh fruit with you.
- There's a few small cracks in the sealing layer on top of the roof. It's something that can be fixed, with a little bit of silicone roof sealant. The wood underneath is sturdy and fine. 

Other info:
- It-s pretty big with 30ft in length and a complete bedroom in the back.
- Comfortably sleeps three people (the couch can be folded out into a futon).
You could fit another two people in the driver seats if you had to.
- Tons of storage under the bed and in various compartments on the outside.
- Clean title and registered until Oct 2017.
