1994 Used Fleetwood SOUTHWIND 30 Class A in Indiana, IN. Our beloved "Bessie" needs a new home! My family and I have made great lifelong memories with this RV and it's hard to let her go! This 1994 was a 20th Anniversary Edition and was a primo RV in it's hey-day. We are looking to upgrade and need to let her go. We are asking $9,000 OBO. Cashiers Check or Cash only. All the appliances work perfectly and the interior is still in excellent shape. Water pump, toilet, heater, air conditioner still work just fine. I have included a picture of the RV's features and Carrying Capacity. It has hydralic leveling jacks. Low mileage. We live just south of Indianapolis, Indiana and we usually camped in southern indiana so we never had to drive very far. Other features are 30 inch TV, radio, TV antenna, CB, Traler hitch, generator, cruise control. The fuse needs to be replaced for the TV and CB. The major issue it has is that it needs a new roof. The awning still works, but should probably be replaced. The water heater works great but needs a thermostat/"sail switch." (I think that is what they are called!) Might need work on the brakes. I had the whole unit checked out including the brakes at a local RV repair service and they said the unit is working fine. I have all the original paperwork as well from original owner as well as most if not all owners manuals.
