1995 Used Fleetwood TIOGA 29 Class C in Nevada, NV. This is a very clean RV and in great shape for the year. It has less than 64,000 miles and has been stored under a cover. Stick down tile floor throughout, Both the cab AC and the Roof Mount AC blow ice cold. Large fridge, has 6 brand new Michelin tires on it (over $2000 value).Non-smoker, everything works. Onan 4000 generator works perfect. Replaced all lights with LED, just replaced all 10 injectors ($1,500 value). New stainless steel microwave, LCD TV. Just replaced all the window blinds. Has a queen bed in master, which is a walk around, queen bed at the "cab over", Â and the table and sofa also fold down into beds. Will easily sleep 4 adults and 4 kids. 41 gallon fresh water, 40 gallon grey, 35 gallon black, 6 gal DSI water heater, 11 gallon propane tank. It's ready to go camping today!
The bad- has an exhaust leak, was quoted $400 to fix it. It runs fine, it's just a little louder, so we did not opt to fix it. Ladder and rear bumper are bent slightly (see pictures). Ladder is only $70 to replace. Awning probably only has another year or two before needing to be replaced. Otherwise, this is a great RV. Guaranteed to be the best one listed in its class at this price.
