Description

1995 Used Fleetwood TIOGA MONTARA 27MMH Class C in Illinois, IL. Sorry about the bad pictures, they really don't do it justice.

New front tires, new batteries, shower/water heater system works and does not leak. Fridge and furnace also work. Roof recently resealed, never leaked, but I like to stay on top of periodic maintainance. LP system has an extra valve to hook up auxilary LP tank for extended stays off the grid. Generac quiet pack generator is only 5 years old and has super low hours. This generator allows you to run the nice cool over head air while on the move. Oil in 460 big block and generator always changed before a trip. Mostly, it sat inside our barn as storage. Vehicle is rated to tow 5000 pounds, but the hitch is only 3500. We have never towed anything heavier than a 1700 boat and trailer. Stove and oven work fine. New, clean mattresses in back. Newer steering column. Duel twin beds in back, perfect for you and a buddy to take off. The manuel says it sleep 11, but that is BS. Two couples and one child are about perfect. Bunk overhead will sleep two adults.
Waste water tanks have new valves and nothing there leaks. Fresh water system has always been blown out with air during the winter. Engine only has 50,000 miles. Starts EVERY time. Front brakes only have 10,000 miles on new brake job. Steers/tracks nicely.
Kenwood stereo rocks, punch 150 amp, DBL speakers in back, infinities in the front. Yes, you can hold a dance party at the campground...
Comes with Blu Ox to tow a car, but I have never used it and can't speak to its viability. It comes with a huge blue tote tank waste tank.
What doesn't work: the awning is missing the rear arm and that can be fixed. The anti lock brakes do not pulse, but the breaks were professionally updated/fixed. It WILL stop safely. The body has some minor dinges, but nothing leaks. The side mirrors aren't perfect, but they generally stay in position now.
In short, this isn't a beauty queen, but its safe, dry, locks up tight, you can cook/refridgerate, tow, and its built on a Ford 1 ton, so its easy to maintain. Get out of that tent and start sleeping in a dry bed with air conditioning.
