1995 Used Lazy Daze 22 Class C in California, CA. Up for sale is a 1995 22’ Foot Lazy Daze RV. The RV was built for and owned by my grandparents up until 3 years ago. At that time they had both just turned 90 years old and decided that the RV lifestyle no longer suited them. The RV was given to us and used over the last three years until we simply outgrew it. It is a well maintained and cared for unit.Â
Everything in the RV works including all of the major components such as the refrigerator, air conditioning, furnace, water pump, water heater, etc…
When we acquired it, I put in linoleum tile flooring, a real stone backsplash in the kitchen, a DVD stereo system in the dash (which will play DVDs on the rear TV), exterior speakers that are switched, and a backup camera system with a rear view camera monitor. In May of 2017 I replaced all 6 tires due to the age of the previous tires. The tires have about 50 miles of use on them. The RV also passed a California smog check in May of 2017.
Other recent maintenance includes a new awning, new microwave, conversion to a newer style WFCO power converter, and new 110 volt heating element for the fridge.
The front end is a 1995 Chevrolet Van 30 with a small block 350 with TBI fuel injection. There is just over 113k miles on the chassis.Â
Lazy Daze is known for its legendary build quality and this coach is no exception. There is plenty of fun and adventure left in this RV.Â
