1995 Used National TROPICAL Class A in Missouri, MO. 30 foot motorhome on Chevy chassis/engine. Queen bed, dinette and couch fold down into beds to sleep 4-6 (depending on adults or children). Bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. All of house and engine in good, working condition. Low mileage (40,200). 30 amp electrical hookups. Propane. Good house and engine A/C. Tires about 10 years old but in good condition; good tread, no cracks or other signs of age. Lost awning to storm in 2016 that caused some roof damage and left minor water damage/stains on the house ceiling. Roof damage has been completely repaired; no leaks.
