    Purchased new in August ’95 which means I am the original owner with all the manuals, orig documents, pet free, smore free, kids free, and all the repair receipts. A very well kept mobile home. It is a 34 ft. fully equipped model with a GM 454 fuel injected V-8 engine. It only has 84,879 miles and has always been in use for vacations. Has central air conditioning, teak floors, and tinted windows all around, except the windshield. Ordered new with “polar package” which means extra insulation throughout the vehicle. Back up camera works fine as well as the heavy duty leveling jacks. Sleep sofa opens to a double bed. Plastic still covers it. Never been used. Has wood floors plus a freestanding dinette with 4 chairs. Microwave and convection oven with 3 burners surrounded by lite oak cabinets. Upgraded the awning plus the cover. Model has a 12 ft. side slide out which creates a lot more usable inside space. Day night window shades with a burgundy interior color. This is very well maintained mobile home with a binder full of documented repairs and upgrades. My wife and I are currently using it at one of our favorite Florida vacation campgrounds.
