We have recently moved to British Columbia and do not want to import the Rialta. The vehicle will be available for inspection/purchase in West Seattle on Sunday, September 17. The Rialta runs and drives excellently and is easy to handle. Motor is 2.5 liter 5 cylinder Volkswagen. It has always averaged 17 mpg. The tires are good. Rear air shocks accommodate varying loads. In addition to the 4 captain's chairs in front, the dinette also has seat belts, allowing 8 passengers to to ride legally.
The rear double bed quickly converts from the dinette configuration, and the two captain's chairs behind front seats make into second double bed. A large rear window gives great light and visibility. All windows are curtained, including wrap-around driver compartment curtain. Cabinets throughout, including a wardrobe closet with rod and light, provide ample storage.
The kitchen. is very functional, with microwave oven, two burner propane stove top, stainless sink providing hot and cold water, and a 3-way Norcold refrigerator that can operate using propane, 12V or electricity. The galley also features a a large skylight in the ceiling for additional light and standing height. The water is automatically heated as you drive plus has an electric water heater when plugged in.
An award-winning Telescoping Bathroom Design has extendable walls, Fold Down Sink/Vanity Shelf, Shower, Medicine Cabinet with mirror, flush toilet, Power Drain and is fully self-contained.
The Rialta can tow up to 2000 pounds.
It includes driver friendly instrumentation, common to VW, and convenient options like power windows, mirrors, and cruise control. Air/heat is provided by the dash and front overhead vents while traveling and a rear overhead air conditioner while plugged into a fixed power outlet. A propane furnace provides heat while parked. A 7-gallon propane tank holds gas for the stove, refrigerator and furnace. A 16-gallon fresh water tank and a 4-gallon water heater are included. Gray water and black water tanks accommodate waste water. The shore line electrical cable stores in rear.

Known issues:
Driver's seat worn - matching seat covers in front address the look.
Generator (16 hours on it) needs a 3" fuel line replaced. Still works but not advisable without fuel line replacement.
