50 amp. service, Central heat and Air 35,000 BTU furnace with 13,500 BTU Dometic H.E. kitchen/living room super slide is 16 ft. x 3.1/2 ft. and the bedroom is 7 ft. x 2.1/2 ft. w/queen size bed, full-sizAC both ducted , mirror tinted windows, Elec. and gas 10 gal. water heater, 2 room slide outs- the e shower, rear kitchen, 3 burner gas stove w/oven, Double bowl stainless steel sink w/moen fct., built in microwave/convection/grill oven, Dometic elec. and gas refrigerator, Oak table w/4 chairs, 2 leather heated recliners, 50 gals. Black & Grey water tank and 100 gal Fresh water w/electronic level indicator, the interior is beige with Red Oak trim, 2 flat screens T.V.s 32in. and 26in. both with satellite TV hookups and cable ready with new updated (2014) Winegard antenna w/booster amp., AM/FM/CD stereo with speakers in living and bedroom, outside shower, dual propane tanks w/auto tank switch, 1 skylights, A & E 16 ft. awning, dual electric front leveling jacks.
In 2014 we had a BAD Hail storm that we had to replace ALL the roof (not just the rubber) the skylight, 2 of the 3 Fan-Tastic fans, running lights, etc.
While it was in the shop we replaced ALL 4 brakes to include new magnet. We completely
re-carpeted the rig and add a receiver hitch to tow a 5000 lb car(if you tow a 1989 to 1998 Geo Tracker, like I do, you are legal in all states but NJ). All totaled we paid $14,000 to do all the update/replacment in June 2014.
We LOVE this rig but in our late 70's travel is getting to much fro us.
