1996 Used Fleetwood AMERICAN EAGLE 40 Class A in Florida, FL. Beautiful 40 foot coach that was built to live in! Quality everything. It was Fleetwood's best motorhome & has all the bells and whistles. Here's why you should buy it from me:
PROS: Carpet 2 years old | Roof 2 years old | Paint job about 4 years old | All hardwood cabinets and shelves throughout | Full oil change on Engine and generator a two months and 300 miles ago) | Tons of storage (has more indoor and basement storage than our new upgraded motorhome with 3 slides) | Rides very smooth on its air bags | Well taken care of | Space for Washer/Dryer | Two fold up chairs | The back tires are in excellent condition. | Has a great decal on the side and back that advertises a good ministry (that should be able to be removed if necessary) | 300 HP Cummins Turbo Diesel | 2 Powerful ACs ducted through the ceiling | RV can tow up to 5000 lbs and comes with a BlueOx tow bar | Comes with a vacuum system with all the attachments |
CONS: Needs new Fridge or Cooling unit for the fridge (between $800-$1400) | Front gas furnace doesn't work (not sure why) | Needs new shower head holder | No TVs (which was a Pro for us) | We took the huge chairs out and there is a place where the brackets were that that need to be filled | Front tires need to be rotated or replaced soon | The main awning has a bend in it from being weighed down from rain, (but still works) | The backup camera has a fuse blown somewhere that I can't find. | It has a decal on the side and back that you might not like, but that should be able to be removed fairly easily. The carpeted ceiling has remnants of water stains from previous owner. That was before the roof and carpets were replaced from a leak. All fixed now. Not sure if stains come out... never tried.

Our story is that our family has outgrown this bus and we got a bigger one (we have a 1 and 3 year old). We have traveled in full time ministry (I'm a Bible seminar speaker) for the last couple of years and loved this "Bible Bus", as my daughter calls it, but I just didn't have time to do the many things it need for upkeep and we outgrew it. We are leaving Florida in about 2 weeks. You'll get a better deal now buying it from me than if I have to pay to have it stored and get help selling it. If you want to fly in and drive it away I'll pay for your plane ticket up to $600 if you buy it. I'll take Cash or money transfer, but I keep the title till all money has cleared.
