1996 Used Holiday Rambler VACATIONER 33CT Class A in Oregon, OR. 1996 HOLIDAY RAMBLER, VACATIONER SE.  Completely renovated interior, feels and lives like a new RV.  Stored under cover, very clean, runs without a hitch.  Very reliable.

66,000 miles, FORD 460, 7000 watt Onan generator (runs perfectly).  Engine and house batteries in excellent condition. Set up to tow a vehicle.  2 ducted, roof A/C units.  Tires are in good condition and have many more miles left on them.  

Purchased this RV from my sister and updated the following:

New carpet (bedroom and upfront between captain's chairs)

All new upholstery (except FLEXSTEEL captains chairs which were recently reupholstered)

Removed old fabric surrounding dinette, changed out to wood trim matching cabinets.

Tile floors in main living area (kitchen, dining, living) replaced old wood laminate.

Freshly painted interior (removing outdated blue/pink walls)

New counter tops throughout.

New faucets and toilet.

New queen size RV mattress.

Cabinetry refinished, new pulls and reconfigured to include slide out cup holders/additional storage w/power strip for charging phones/tablets, etc. between captains chairs.

New window coverings.

2 new "Smart" flat screen TVs (one in master BR reinforced wall, one in living/kitchen area above door)

Awnings in good condition (new arms on main awning)

Large, original refrigerator operates on both gas and electricity with nice sized freezer.

Microwave above new cooktop.

I took this RV on as a project to make it beautiful again (which it is!!).  I love it, but realize I can not use it enough because of my work schedule during the summer (I'm a busy real estate broker) to justify keeping it now.
