Description

1997 Used Airstream LAND YACHT Class A in New Mexico, NM. For Sale: 1997 30' Land Yacht Class A Motor home. 62k miles, ready to hit the road! Chevy 454 VORTEC engine on a P-32 chassis. New; Tires, Brakes, Suspension, Fuel injectors, Plugs, Distributor, Wires, rear track bar and upgraded auto park brake to an electric actuator. Everything functions as it should. This Coach was built with true Airstream quality and documentation. Very clean a must see! With Track Bar added it handles like a dream! Fingertip Driving! Local, Cash only!

This Motorhome, with an 80 gallons of fuel, 90 lbs. built in propane, 60 gallon fresh water, 100 watt solar panel and a 5.0 KW Generator, this RV is ready for anything! You can carry over 3000 lbs. of stuff in over 70 cubic feet of outside storage! You can also tow another 4000 lbs off the trailer hitch!
11+mpg without tow vehicle.

This RV was first owned by Colorado department of housing where they put the first 40k miles in three years. It then spent the next 12 years in Arizona where the next 20k miles were driven. The people who we bought it from put $7k on brakes, steering, fuel injectors and transmission service. We replaced 10 year old tires, fuel pump, plugs, wires, distributor, cleaned and serviced all RV dash switches, added rear track bar and rebuilt propane tank/valve, and replaced the failable Hydraulic Auto Park Brake system with an electric liniar actuator that works flawlessly. Currently, we have replaced the barrel chair with a removable table. Both will be included with sale.

We have used and loved this RV for a year, we took it to Silverton, Co over 12,000' passes and used it for overnight stays during the winter. The summer we parked it on our land in the mountains. We have now bought a 5th wheel which is far more appropriate to park on the land. All systems have been checked out and it is ready for the road!Â
