A couple could comfortably live full time in it. We made this into a four season camper with the addition of a dealer-installed Olympian Propane Catalytic heater. We used the catalytic heater to keep the coach warm when not using the main generator powered furnace. The DuoTherm A/C puts out very cold air. We camped in 14 degree winter cold and 109 degree summer heat and stayed comfortable. The exterior has delaminated in a few places but the camper does not leak. We are the 3rd owners. Previous owner, a building inspector, kept it in excellent shape and added pull-out pantry shelving in the kitchen. It comes with a complete manual for all operating systems and appliances. We have decided to trade up to a camper with a slide out.
