1997 Used Coachmen CATALINA 220RK Class C in Florida, FL. 1997 Catalina Coachmen 220 RKRV is in good condition. No leaks. Outside shows wear but normal for a 1997.Sleeps a total of 5 people: 2 in the over-cab RV Queen, 2 in the Jack knife sofa and 1 at the convertible dining table. Behind the dining table is the Refrigerator and Kitchen. Kitchen is in the back on the left side and forms a L. 3 Burner magic Chef range with Oven. Above is the Magic Chef 1540w microwave hood combo. Hood can vent outside or in. Twin stainless steel sinks. Generator controls and control panel is on the right. The bathroom is on the right side. It has a shower with a small tub and a fold out shower curtain giving you more room, toilet and sink with vanity/medicine cabinet. A privacy curtain separating the kitchen/bathroom was added to allow additional privacy. Outside the bathroom there is a 4 shelf pantry, hanging closet 2 large drawers and 1 small. 7 additional cabinets are mounted around the ceiling. Fantastic 3 speed roof fan, vent above cab bed, and vent with exhaust fan in the bathroom. All are covered.Dometic 579 Series Brisk Air Air Conditioner blows strong and cold. 13500 BTU.Dometic 10cf Fridge/Freezer works on 110v or propane.Forced air propane heating system 20000 BTU. 6 gal propane water heater.Fresh water pump and 37 gal water tank.35 gal grey water tank and 27 gal black water tank.Engine runs strong with no issues.
