1997 Used Fleetwood TIOGA 29Z Class C in California, CA. 1997 Fleetwood Tioga 29' Class C Motorhome, model "29Z".
Ford V8 460 engine on a Ford E350 chassis.
It runs and looks great.

The RV sleeps up to 6 with lots of room. It is fully self contained. Has the over head cab bunk, dinette booth up front and rear queen bedroom. Full kitchen, full bathroom and generator.

Up front, at the driver seat: tilt steering, cruise control, dash A/C, AM/FM stereo, etc.
Living room has a dinette bood, two chairs and the overhead sleeper.
In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave and hot water tank.
Bathroom area is next to the kitchen with a private room for the toilet and vanity, across the hall is the shower.
At the end rear of the RV is the queen walk around bedroom, with lots of closets and drawer. Cold ducted roof A/C unit along with a ducted gas furnace.
Onan 4000 gas generator, runs great. Rear ladder and hitch for towing!
Main awning over the passenger side. So many more options, it is impossible to list them all.

The RV is already 20 years old (we bought it earlier this year for a road-trip). This was our very first RV experience and it was great, but since we won´t use it in a near future, it makes no sense to have it parked without any use and thus we decided to sell it.
During our road-trip, it worked perfectly, we drove more or less 10,000 miles. Of course every now and then, we needed to check or make some smaller repairs, again, it is 20 years old, but with very little technical understanding we could manage to keep everything working smoothly.

Some technical details
- We changed the front brakes before our trip. Tires are in good shape - Michelin (except one).
- A/C in the front booth sometimes stays on the "heating mode", but just need to tap once or twice and it works fine again.
- Toilett O-rings are new.

Known shortcommings:
- In the rear upper corner, we broke a plastic corner and glued it again, you cannot see it in the pictures, but has no influence in the functionality of the RV and you can see it only if "you search for it".
- The Marquee used to have a hole. It is repaired, it works perfectly.
- The kitchen, sleeping room and overhead sleeper, have some damaged wallpaper, because of humidity. We lived in the RV and it did not get any worse. We actually noticed the wallpaper when we bought the RV, but after one day, we had already forgotten.
- Small crack (roughly 1 inch), in the windshield, this has been glued and does not grow anymore.
- There might be a small water leak in the living room, since once it smelled a bit humid after a very rainy day, but couldnt spot anything and it was only once, in a 3 month trip.
