1997 Used Gulf Stream CONQUEST 22 Class C in California, CA. Motorhome bought in 2014 in anticipation of retirement in early 2015. Wife's cancer took over and she died in 06/15. I had it fully serviced by the local RV repair shop and by my own mechanic. (I have the receipts)
MH has not been used since. I drove it a total of 2230 miles only!! $6000 IN IMPROVEMENTS MADE AFTER PURCHASE.  6 NEW TIRES. NEW BATTERIES. New REAR STORAGE BUMPER WITH A HEAVY DUTY RECEIVER AND SKID ROLLERS. ADDITIONAL STORAGE BASKET. New BACKUP CAMERA. New delux wide-angle mirrors. New refrig circuit board. New water heater installed. New laminated flooring. New foam cushions for dinette/bed and for couch. New interior shades. COMPLETE NEW BRAKES FRONT AND REAR. Roof vent covers. SEALED AND RECONDITIONED ROOF. NEW AWNING WITH COVER TO PROTECT IT FROM THE SUN. BRAKING CONTROL SYSTEM WITH TRANS COOLER GAUGE. Equipped for FALCON 2 TOW BARS. I have the necessary electrical harness for a TOW VEHICLE such as a small Honda CRV. This MH has a set up for an on board generator but does not have such a generator. THIS MH IS READY TO ROLL BUT NEEDS TO GO TO A GOOD NEW HOME WHERE IT WILL BE USED.
